Hi Team,

I am getting following error "404 Not Found: Requested route ('xyz-stores-tex-development-ear0cts1-\.hana.ondemand.com') does not exist." while accessing the webclient.

I found that app-router is stopped in cockpit and when I am trying to start it , getting following error:

Unable to start application nsSaravanaPOApp-approuter. We're sorry, but we've encountered an internal error. If the problem persists, please create a support ticket.

Please help.

You may want to look into Logs (on left pane) to find out what has caused to stop the running application.

You need to append the application name in the Application route (ending with .com) to access the MDK web app.

e.g.,
https://sarvana......ondemand.com/nsSarvanaPOApp

Were you able to start the stopped app?

You can only access your MDK web app when its in started state.
