Integration Content published:
This is an Extensions package for the parent package "Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) for SAP S/4HANA (Buy Side)". This package allows users to incorporate changes in the source S/4HANA or target Icertis contract Intelligence schema.

Integration Content published:
The Integration package follows the API based integration pattern. The SAP SuccessFactors Compound Employee API is used to extract the information for the employees from Employee Central and sends the data to the /person/v2 REST API in WorkForce Software. Currently, this integration supports Regular/Contingent employment, Global Assignment, Concurrent Employment along with employee re-hire use cases.
The integration package follows the file-based integration pattern. The payroll export file from WorkForce Software is placed onto an sFTP, the integration flow polls the sFTP and sends the data into Employee Central Payroll through an IDoC. The integration considers Infotypes 2001 and 2010.
This integration package is used to:
1) Extend or customize the Employee Central to WFS standard mapping
2) Define logic to assign different jobs different go-live dates
3) Define logic to filter out employees, preventing them from being sent to WFS.

SAP Cloud ALM integration with Microsoft and ChatGPT is developed and maintained by Crave InfoTech, and it contains integration flows responsible to get projects list and tasks from SAP Cloud ALM and send emails to the responsible for the task and/or MS Teams notifications to desired team channel.
This interface reads an email inbox that is receiving requisition from customers that wants to know the overall status of the purchase order. After reading the email, it sends the mail body to OpenAI ChatGPT so it recognizes what is the Purchase Order number. With this value, the IFlow then captures the overall status from SAP S/4HANA using API and replies to the customer with this information, using OpenAI ChatGPT to build a meaningful email.
SAP Incident Management System Notification package is developed and maintained by Crave Infotech. Incident Management is developed using the SAP Business Technology Platform with the help of BTP services. It streamlines the incident handling process and BTP has integrated services that allow users to create, update, and delete incidents, ensuring a smooth workflow.

This is a sample package and not to be used in productive systems, Discovery Consulting does not offer any support on these packages. The relevance of the package is to demonstrate the usage of the Time Events service published by SAP SuccessFactors in the SAP Integration Suite. The key benefits demonstrated in this package includes,
- An optimal batching mechanism for the Time Event service – considering the guardrails from SAP SuccessFactors
- Usage of Execution Manager dashboard for business user monitoring
- Developer monitoring via response parsing and nuances to be included while writing data into the Execution manager.

This package provided by Thomson Reuters is executed within SAP Cloud Integration and is responsible for the communication between SAP S/4HANA Cloud and ONESOURCE Indirect Tax Determination for U.S. Sales and Use Tax solution.
This contains Integration Flows to support the ONESOURCE Tax Provision Integration with SAP S/4HANA solution using SAP Business Technology Platform to compute income tax provision postings and generate the respective tax provision journal entries.
This contains Integration Flows to push trial balance data along with the relevant master data into ONESOURCE Tax Provision (OTP) application.
