/SCWM/REPL fails when creating HU WT but /SCWM/ADHU is ok

Dear SAP gurus:

We are having a struggle with our implementation of EWM. Let me explain the case.

We have a warehouse that's physically divided in 2 areas:

1: Full pallet area: These are a Bulk storage types, each HU has 1 material /1 batch but in the bin there can be mixed batches for the same material.

2: Pick-hu area: this is a rack storage that works with fixed bin and is replenished when the quantity goes below some stock.

In order to move the HUs from Full Pallet area to Pick-HU area, we also use LOSC as the forklifts from Full pallet area do not fit into pick-hu area and therefore they leave the HU in an intermediate Storage type.

We have set the storage type as planned replenishment, we have set the masterdata (material and packspec for warehouse process).

Stock is aligned, no inconsistencies. There is available stock to move.

If we run the REPL transaction, selecting Warehouse number and Show log settings

the system gives an error /SCWM/L3686 

Available quantity is not sufficient for HU WT

If we take one HU and move it to pick-HU area with ADHU, it works.

Note: Both WTs are now cancelled but were created following LOSC, one of them was inactive until the other was confirmed.

Have you ever had this issue? Any help would be much appreciated.

Can you show your storage type configurations (both source and destination) as well as LOSC config?
