Hi SK,
As per SAP community guidelines, multiple questions are not suggested to post at a time. I would suggest posting one question specific to the topic next time.
1. What is a root attribute and importance of it in master data type?
Root attributes are necessary as keys to identify (find) individual key figure values. They define the independent dimensions in which the key figure values exist. The root attributes are often also the keys of master data types but this is not a necessary condition.
2. How can a job stopped in middle, for example a faulty job load?
It depends on the job processing objects. If any combination of master data elements or algorithm logic or connection interpretation leads to job failure.
3. Can copy keyfigure be performed at two different planning levels?
You copy key figure from one planning level to another planning level using a copy operator (within one planning area) or disaggregation operator (between two different planning areas).

Hi SK -
1) Root attributes acts like the primary key field, you can't have it 'blank' - all other fields of the master data associate themselves with the root attribute. A root attribute in product master data can be PRDID, and all other fields of this master data like product_group, product_family etc make sense only if you have a product - so PRDID is considered as the key attribute.
2) A job is stopped in the middle for multiple reasons - missing master data, issue in algorithm restrictions (like quota deviation in Heuristics. Or are you asking how to force-kill an ACTIVE job in the IBP?
3) You should be able to use DISAGG operator to copy from an aggregated planning level to disaggregated planning level.
Thanks,

You can always the select the active job and click 'X' button to cancel the job, you may look for this in application jobs app.
