SAP Business ByDesign, what is the usage of 'Account Note' and 'Financial Data Note'

Hi,

In SAP Business ByDesign, what is the usage of 'Account Note' and 'Financial Data Note' in the 'Customer master' under the 'Notes' tab? If I use these notes by providing some information, where do these notes reflect? Do they appear in any output forms, or is there no flow to any output forms? What is the use of these notes?

In my view If you try to export all customer master data ,then such notes will reflect in output sheet, otherwise skip such field.
