Rounding Whole wts to available qty

Hello expert , 

As i have requirement to pick whole HU from storage type not the partial qty. i tried with all configuration of round wts to available qty in wpt and storage type but still its not working in my scenerio ? please help me out !!

Hello,

Use LOSC process with pick point active configuration.

(1) In your storage type from where you want to pick the material, flag Pick point active flag .Also, Source HU = Destination HU should be activated as 1

(2) Configure LOSC process. 

When you create warehouse order, system will create two task, one for pick full pallet from picking storage type  and drop to intermediate storage type (pick point) which you can define as work center. When you confirm first task, second task from pick point to final goods issue area will be automatically created

Hey milind , hope you are doing well but in our business we are not using any LOSC and even POSC we are using simple process of inbound and outbound but we want to pick whole HU quantity like if we create a sales order of 3.5 kg and in my warehouse in 2 bins total 4 kg is there its should not pick 3.5 kg it should pick 4 kg with full HU !! thanks
