Rate Determination Error for Transportation Zone

Hi All, i have a requirement to get the rates based on the Source Location to Transportation Zone of Destination Location.

I have maintained the Rate Table with Source Location with Transportation Zone of Dest Location . Please find the screenshots.

I have maintained the Destination Location in the Transportation Zone as well. But when i am creating the FO , i am getting the below error - Rate Determination failed for line item 20 , Res Base ROOT , agreement XXXXXX.

Please find the config/error screen shots. Kindly help me on this .

Hi Diwakar,

Your setup looks OK and it should work fine. Can you check if the location is assigned multiple zones?

Ideally it should also not be an issue but sometimes this causes 'confusion' for the charge engine especially when rates are maintained for these multiple zones.

Thanks Narender for your reply. Config wise all ok. There is a code correction suggested by the SAP for this error . 3308454 - Scale value not determined for zones in Calculation rules tab. Once Implement it worked fine . Thanks
