Multi Stop Rail Schedule in SAP TM

We have a business scenario to model a Multi stop train. We have following freight units that can be loaded on this train:

1. From Source to Intermediate Stop - Say FU1

2. From Intermediate Stop to destination - FU2

3. From Source to Destination - FU3

We are able to plan all the above FUs in these Schedules individually and create Freight orders but we have following observations.

1. If we have planned FU1 which is from Source to Intermediate Stop on this schedule, the freight order that is created still shows both the stages but only first stage has assigned requirement which is correct logically. Can we not skip showing the unused stage on FRO?

2. If we have only planned FU1 which is from Source to Intermediate Stop on this schedule, system assumes we have consumed the total capacity of the Schedule even though the capacity is still available from Intermediate Stop to destination as the FU1 will be unloaded at intermediate stop.

Has anyone worked on similar requirement and can help how to model this scenario?
