Hi,

we are working on multiple genAI use cases within SAP IBP. However the official timeline and information will be shared when the official roadmap is clarified. At the moment we are still clarifying many aspects of including genAI in our product.

If you already have genAI-based models that you want to integrate with SAP IBP, you can do so using the existing APIs.

Regarding the other mentioned processes, I wonder why you refer explicitly to genAI. GenAI is not always the best tool to solve problems, it is just one of many. Automation should not be a synonym of genAI.
Our focus when using GenAI will be in improving the user experience, making it easier for the planner to do certain tasks faster and understand the results of the planning algorithms better. Some of the things you mention, like scenario planning and support in daily activities, are part of what we are looking into. Regarding "Intelligent Supply Chain Forecasting" however, I firmly believe genAI is not the right tool to improve forecast.
