SAP ACTIVATE METHODOLOGY: addresses agile principles, promoting iterative development, frequent deliveries and flexible responses to changes.
The methodology divides the project into 6 phases: Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, Run, and provides specific activities for each phase.
The methodology also provides guidance for all workstreams, including: Project Management, Architecture and Infrastructure, Design and Configurations, Integration, Testing, Operation and Support.
