how do I can create a Sourcing Request with service S4HanaRequestForQuotation?

I'm trying to create a Sourcing Request using the service S4HanaRequestForQuotation. I enabled it as web service to be able to create it from an external source (not S4Hana system) 

When i try to send a request from postman or soapUi i get the following error:

Anybody can share with me any idea?
