Configuring Event to send Email on Clicking Accept Button in ROS SRM

we are configuring Registration of Suppliers(ROS) and there is a specific requirement, wherein, whenever the Buyer clicks on the "Accept" button to accept a Potential Supplier an Email should trigger.

Could anyone please provide the Steps to configure the Event, so that as soon as the Accept button is clicked an Email should trigger to the Potential Supplier.

Dear All

The requirement we have is that, once a Buyer "Accepts" a Potential Supplier by clicking on the Accept Button, an Email should trigger to the Potentail Supplier, in the Email we would be requesting for Bank Information.

How can we achieve this through Configuration ?

Can we configure any EVENT for the Email to Trigger as soon as the Accept Button is clicked ?

Hi,

Usually we use 'Send Invitation E-Mail to Supplier' button to send notification to supplier.

2222007 - 'Send Invitation E-Mail to Supplier' doesn't open Outllook email window

Accept button won't trigger any notification from ROS.
