How to use local routing operations to report a result to ERP?

Hi community,

I would like to ask a question.

I want to test that if I execute an production order from ERP with local routing operations, can result get back to ERP.

Firstly, I created new local operations, then I created a new routing, and asigned the new operation to the new routing.

The routing and operation master of ERP, it shows the operations and the standard value key.

The routing master in DM

the other 3 activities has the same configuration.I confidured the reporting activity by manual input.

Secondly, I changed the configuration of BOM masters,material masters, set the Order Operation Mode to "Use Local Routing and ERP BOM without Quantity..."

Finally, I create a new order drom ERP and transfered it to DMC, then executed the production.

It shows that I can execute this oder with my new local routings and operations in POD.

But when I report the result, I got an error message.

"standardValueTargetDatabaseAdapter.error.standardValueNotFoundForWorkCenter".

error

I transfered the WC again before my production, but it still failed.

I am guessing that it may related to the setting of "reporting activity"?

I will apropreciate it if anyone can tell me the cause and solution.

I suggest you raise a ticket, so you can get proper support from development team on this issue.

Hi Wang,

If you use the order merge or override scenarios, the standard value keys for operation activities are copied from the master routing to the order-specific routing. If your Activity Confirmation postings are failing, I suggest you double check your Master Routing, see if they are correctly maintained for your operations and maintaing them manually if needed.

I set up according to your blog:

I have an anormaly when setting it up and would like to hear you about it. I can attach only 2 piictures to the comment, so I edited my main question to describe the details, I will apropreciate it if you can check the main question again.

Problem point:

1. when setting up Reporting activity for Activities in DM's Manage Routing app, I searched in the reporting activity field but nothing comes up. Is this normal? What happened when you set it up?

2. After I completed the work in DM, it is not returning the confirmed quantity to ERP as well as the standard value key, and when I check the dashboard, no IDocs has been created. Do you think this is related to point 1?

Resend you workcenter again from ERP system. it will sync standard key data.

Do you know how to cooporate the Standard Value Key of local routing operation and ERP routing?
