When login system in a language other than English, the description missing, how to mass add technical object description in a language other than English?

Hi 

Batch request for equipment and functional location could mass add or change technical object description in a language other than English. Please note during using Postman, it is necessary to add "sap-language" in "Headres", you could select the language what you need.
