Workarea Structure - Toolbox

I have been building out a structure for a workarea.

Firstly, is this a similar structure others have followed?

Second for some reason, the Toolbox repeats itself and I can't determine how i can remove this. I tried moving the Toolbox located at the Workarea level to sit under root group and thereby overwrite, but when i come to save/finish editing, the Toolbox reappears at the Workarea level. Any ideas?

(1) Sure. There's no 'right' answer - you just need to make sure it has all your 'shared resources' in it, and that it is set to Must Have.

(2) Probably you have Create Shortcut selected for it (under Protocol). Remove that.
