Why Release Q&A Series Session related to Platform is always recorded ?

Again for these release,

platform Q&A Serie

now named :

2023 2H Release - SAP SuccessFactors Technology Services

is pre-recorded which ban customers & User Groups to have direct talk to product management on key changes decided at platform level.

there is several changes in these release that need to have clarification because it does force installed customer base to do last minutes changes.

The civil manner would be to address those changes & rationals about it during the Release Q&A Serie.

Unfortunately these is not possible, so we are left with a dead SuccessFactors community sections :

- Human Experience Management Q&A (Forum)

if not, then Support is pushing us to post on influence.sap.com .

i have to say, i see a big changes in response time during release period between 2023 & 2022 alone.

what used to be efficient is now painfully slow, when the way customer is reporting issues to sap have not changed in a year.

Hi Philippe,

Thank you for the feedback - we had switched to the recorded session because we found it difficult with the variety of topics covered in Technology Services to have experts for all questions that might come up in the call. Nevertheless, we will review the approach if we should go back to live sessions.

Please be assured that we are monitoring the HXM Q&A board with regards to the recent innovations we released with the 2H 2023 release and will answer the questions.

Kind regards
