Reporting who has visibility of each performance form

I want to identify who currently has visibility of each performance form so that we can review access then use Manage Document Visibility to hide forms for those that should not have access. 

Is it possible to generate a report that shows which employees have visibility of each performance form?

System doesn't support to generate a report for form visibility. You can consider to submit an influence for this requirement so that it's properly tracked and gauged.
