Report Stories: get data from a specific day

Hi everyone,

We are building a report story in SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics to do a turnover analysis. We have started by importing the standard EC SF_EMP_Turnover_Analysis_v1 template and made some adaptations (e.g. removing the filters and location columns).

Our client requirement is to have the following data:

1. Headcount on the first day of the current year (e.g. Jan 1st 2023);

2. Number of hires since current year's first day (e.g. Jan 1st 2023);

3. Number of terminations since current year's first day (e.g. Jan 1st 2023);

4. Headcount today.

In our current report we the first 3 columns are reporting one year back (e.g. 25 May 2022) however we want to have this reported based on first day of current year (e.g. Jan 1st 2023) to calculate the turnover rate. This is the current report configuration:

Does anyone have any experience working on the measures and calculated dimensions to make this happen and shift one year back calculations to current year's first day?
