Can we use one instance of SF RCM for Joint venture

Hello members,

We have a scenario where our partner wants to have recruitment module. However, want to understand if both partners can use same instance of RCM? They both have common SAP backend.. i.e employee creation, Company AD ids with different domains are also created using the same process. I want to know if we can use SF recruitment also in the same way? For ex: recruiting for both companies, sending emails from 2 different domains etc in the same SF instance.

Thanks,

Pallavi.

A few things to consider if two entities can 'share' a RCM instance:

  • The email templates used by 'recruiting email triggers' are used system-wide. They cannot be branded for different entities.
  • The status-triggered emails are the same for each status set/pipeline in Applicant Status Set configuration. They cannot be branded for different entities. This can be worked-around to a degree by having different status sets and rcm templates for each company.
  • Anything configured in Recruiting Settings is also system wide including: Return email address, Candidate Profile settings, Profile Conversion settings, Time to Fill/Age calculations, Auto-close reqs, Auto-disposition candidates
  • If you are also using the RMK/CSB solution, the main home page is shared for all companies/brands and is where any talent community/job alerts will direct candidates.

HTH,
