RCM Offer Approval Business Rule

Hi,

Is it there a way to get the label of a picklist value in Business Rules where the base object in Offer Approval in RCM? I am not able to directly navigate to the label through the field. Tried to us lookup () for Picklist Value, but it does not return label.
