Is it necessary to follow all implementation steps for a SF EC Roll-out Project?

For a Go-Live in Employee Central for an additional country,Is it necessary to follow all implementation steps for a SF EC Roll-out Project? Or can we only set-up the customer in Provisioning and then only import the existing build to the specific instance for development and deployment?

Regards

More precisely,my question is do we have to follow all implementation steps as per EC core IMG, when the requirement is just to replicate/extend/Roll out for one or two countries, with the Customer already running a fully implemented EC system.(example -I have Australia, want to replicate for Newzealand business,or say I have Singapore.. want to extend to Korea).

Dear indranil1b,

If you already have EC for one or more countries, and a new country becomes part of the EC, you must implement all the requirements of the new countries and migrate the data from this new country, but do not change the existing configuration of the active countries.

Thank you.
