Generate Word Document option missing in SAP Enable Now simulation

I am working on a Citrix persistent VDI. My resources are up to date and I can see the published Documentation Settings and Documentation Templates in my resources.

However, when I try to generate a document from a simulation, I do not see an option to generate a word or pdf document.

I have licensed version of MS word installed on the VDI. 

Please help me understand why this is happening and how to fix it.

I faced the same issue in my previous project.

I simply generated the documents from outside the Citrix VDI.

Double-check all your Resources and Word Templates are there. Assuming so, check your version of Word. SAP Enable Now requires a locally-installed version (so not Office 365 cloud edition), and not the Student edition. My guess is VDI is the issue (it always is...). Word is installed on the same machine that SAP Enable Now is installed on?

I agreed, there always some kind of issue on VDI, especially Citrix. I have already checked all templates and resources and Office installation, what baffles me is that the option is not appearing at all. Usually, in case of missing or a bad word installation, it used to throw an error but the option to generate document was always there. I'll check everything again on Monday and reach back with an update.
