Developing new training in SAP SuccessFactors LMS

I am about to develop some training for the SuccessFactors LMS and am exploring how to go about it:

Is it possible to actually develop training on this system (quizzes, forums, text, hyperlinks) or does it need to be developed elsewhere and then just posted on the LMS?

My prior experience is mainly with training for adult colleges using such as Google Classroom to do the above. Is there any way to migrate from such a system or do I need to build it from scratch on SuccessFactors?

You can import content (documents, SCORM files, multimedia) to SF Learning and create different types of learning items which can be used to create trianing courses.
