I would appreciate receiving some guidance related to the C4C data removal. We would need to remove employee's data from C4C according to the data retention periods.
The retention period was configured, and the termination date of the employee is replicated from Master Data EC system. The challenge that we are facing is connected towards identifying the target population which is outside the retention period and is needed to be removed from the C4C tenant (we wanted to use the advance filter from Data Protection-Personal data removal *Outside Retention Period Only but the filter is not working properly). Is there any possibility to schedule a job which can remove employee's data?
