in EMP excel "Save Data" macro in EMP tab greyed out for bot user in production. Once the login process is completed and EMP excel is getting launched, it has a pop message under logon section as " Disconnect all the connection of the workbook."
We tried disconnecting the addition connections manually using EMP >> Data connections. But still the "Save Data' is grayed out.
Please suggest the root cause and How to resolve this issue?
