FF Log Review Workflow - not generating notification when escalated.

Dear Friends, please provide your insights on these issue:

Notifications is not being generated when FF Log Review WF is escalated.

The requirement is: after 30 days with if no review is performed by FF Controller, the log review FF has to be sent again to FF Controller; At this point GRC should generate two email notifications, one for ff controller and other to Security Office Manager.

• A new agent PFCG type were created; PFCg role were assigned to an valid user with email
• An escalation type "Escalation to specified agent" were configured, with an interval of 5 minutes.
• In notifications settings were added two lines with event ESCALATION, one for CURRENT_APPROVEr and other to ZGRAC_ESCALATION_GER_SEGINFO
• Both templates texts were activated in SE61 and assigned to an object class (tables GRFNVNOTIFYMSG and GRFNVNOTIFYMSGC)

Escalation is working as expected; but the problem is when request is escalated GRC is not generating notifications in SOST for FF Controller or Sec Info Manager.

Is there something that is being missed?

Hi Ramesh.

Actually, an incident was opened in SAP and the solution was: the templates (sent to Sec Office and FF Controller) should be also created in English.

When we received this solution we thought that was strange because all templates used in AC is created in PT. But somehow this solution worked.

Regardless you question, the purpose of Sec Office is only notification after 30 days if FF Controller doesn't approve. Reminder email is working, every 10 days is being sent only for FF Controller.

I got your requirement,what';s the purpose of the Security Office Manager(Just Notification) or you are expecting the Security Office Manager to review the FF Log and approve?
