Working with Promotion Sale or Free of Charge (FOC) sale on sales orders in SAP Business ByDesign

Dear All,

in our customer's companies (especially in commercial companies) that import goods and sell them, there is a need to submit promotion or offers when selling these products. For example, if a customer buys from 100 Ea to 999 Ea, he will get 10% promotion (10 ea in case of 100 ea) for free (with no value to the customer) and if buys from 1000 Ea or more he will get 15% promotion, and so on.. so is a need to activate the promotion sale when create sales order and select this product and if enter 100 ea the system either add new line with the calculated promotion(foc) quantity or put this promotion(foc) quantity in the same line. There will be a work center similar to the discount lists work center, so that we may define the promotion lists per products, and per accounts or sales unit or distribution channels or customer group ,.... and for a specific validity period (from date to date)

Currently, we cannot issue any free quantities automatically to customers when creating a sales order. After communicating with SAP support, we were given a manual workaround solution whereby the free quantity is entered manually by adding new line and the price is entered as zero, but this is not possible for the following reasons:
1 - We do not want to make the free quantity field open to modification, as these offers/promotion programs must be prepared and approved in advance by the sales manager and are not allowed to be modified by the sales employee.
2- If the selling price in our sale order is closed for manual changes and cannot be modified (as prices are taken from price lists only and manual modification is not permitted), in this case how will we set the price to zero?

How Can do that in SAP Business ByDesign please,
