Hi team,

while checking on the trust center, I was wondering where the S/4 HANA Cloud (PUBLIC edition) is hosted in Europe ? Francfort's DC ? St Leon Rot (HQ) DC ? Amsterdam ?

how is it decided whether the customer data will be hosted in X, Y or Z data center ?

Hi Antoine,

Yes, SAP S/4HANA Cloud is hosted at several of those sites.

There are many factors that go into the data center selection, such as which solutions are in scope, the regional considerations of the contract and from where most users/locations will access the system, data center resource optimizations, commercial aspects, etc.

It is also possible/likely that different SAP solutions for a given customer would be hosted in different data centers.
