Where to define the partners list (person responsible inside the work order)

I searched in the web but I didn't found any answer to my question. 

Where I can add the list of person responsible that I have to insert inside the person responsible field? Now is empty. I don't know how to have the values to be inserted in that field.

Hi,

Where you have inserted the Person Responsible ? Are you expecting the person assigned in Work Centre ?

The field which you have highlighted flows from HR search, not from work centre assignment

Hello, nope, im not searching for HR linking inside the work centers...im searching for the partners. If you see, under that field, there is the PARNR element. 

I would to know ho to create the list of partners in order to see those within that field, "person responsbile".

The point is that im searching how to insert values under that search option. I see some BPs, but i don't understand which is the logic under...What I have to do if i want to create a partner in order to see it and to assign it inside that field in the work order?
