Hi HR Guru,
BP is auto generated after Personnel master is updated with Communication infotype (0105, subtype 0001)by System ID in PA30.
But I found the gender is always Female and I don't know where it is from and how to update it.
From memory, I did not maintain gender in PA30.
Pls kindly help.
