The "Group Key" field corresponds to the "Group" field under the "Customer: General Data" tab under the "General Data" tab. For Suppliers, it is the same under the "Supplier: General Data" tab.

This Group Key field is a free entry field and there is no configuration required. The field can be used to group together customers or suppliers which belong to a group e.g. a corporate group.

you can add a new BP grouping there is a SSCUI available to define BP grouping. BY default you can use BP01/02 based on what kind of numbering you want to use for BP migration.
