Update Supplier Master Data through migration cockpit

I just uploaded supplier master data through migration cockpit, but I forgot to fill in the purchasing organization data sheet. I tried to re upload with only fill in the Purchasing Organization Data sheet and General Data sheet (the mandatory column only). but i can not upload transfer the data to staging tables, the error message is Cannot insert 1100000090 into table /1LT/DSZOS000097 (S_SUPPL_GEN); instance already exists in the table. But if I am not fill in the data in General Data sheet, I still can't upload the data , the error message is 

Sheet General Data, field BP Grouping, row 9 is empty; enter value for the mandatory field.

Is there any guide to update the master data thru migration cokcpit?
