Theme in Fiori Launchpad Switched to Horizon After Upgrading to S/4HANA 2023

We recently performed an upgrade on our system to S/4HANA 2023. Following the upgrade, we've noticed that the theme of Fiori Launchpad has changed to Horizon.
Is it correct to assume that such changes are a typical effect of the system upgrade?

Can you suggest how to change the theme in SAP Fiori Launchpad from SAP Horizon to another theme, such as SAP Belize, for all users?

To set the default theme in Fiori Launchpad, please check the latest SAP Help documentation: SAP Fiori Launchpad - Setting Themes for the Launchpad and make the configuration as described in Setting Parameters in SAP Fiori Customizing.

The default setting of parameter  THEMING_DEFAULT_THEME has changed from Quartz theme to Morning Horizon since S/4HANA 2023 FPS00.
