Yes it is very much possible, we entered the Country code and region code in the storage location address and based on that region and vendor region system will calculate whether CGST,SGST or IGST will applicable! the same you have to maintain with the combination of HSN Code, Plant Code, Vendor Code, Plant Region & Vendor Region with appropriate tax code.
It is destination based tax procedure in GST so GST will be calculated based on the goods supplying plant and receiving plant.
