Restrict the creation of notification for specific PM order type

Hi Experts,

For Preventive Maintenance orders, Order is creating without notifications. But users can able to create the notification manually for the preventive maintenance orders also. Is there any standard configuration available to restrict the user from the creation of notification for Preventive maintenance order type only.

I removed the notification field in the field selection of the specific order type. Still create icon is available and user are able to create notification for the Preventive orders by clicking create icon.

Hi,

You can choose Hide button in the field selection, create icon will be available but it will not allow you to create the Notification, however a small code will do the needful, refer below link
