You can consider to only entry the Planned order to restrict the quantity, the system will refer to the quantity of planned order. But if you also entry the Confirmation Qty, there is no method to restrict the Confirmation Qty with standard function, you can consider to contact ABAP colleague to find enhancement to achive it.
