OEM is Overall Equipment Manufacturer like here the product is manufactured by one by getting components from other vendors, like suppose i manufacture boiler i need many components i outsource these components. in this way i'll be marketing their products within my end product. this is known as OEM & vendors give me special rate & terms of payment for this.
