Production Variance Analysis Report

Hi

I use COOIS to look at production order variance. I usually enter order numbers, then go in order by order to Goto > Costs > Analysis. I need info such as Variance, Price Variance, Qty Variance, Total Target Costs, Total/Actual Qtys, and Resource-usage var.

This process is very time consuming as there are 60+ orders a day. Is there a way to access this information and export it all in one report? My team is not sure if this is possible but it would be very helpful.

Hello @andrew_m1 ,you can use T-code  KOC4: Get details of variance & WIP calculated on order, Before execution of KOC4 report please run WIP calculation KKAO & variance calculation KKS1 for your plant. No impact in accounting as entries generated only at the time of settlement.

Hi,

From manufacturing point of view, User can adopt the scope item-Analytics for Production Unit - Plan/Actual Production Cost (2QW) to Custom Analytical Queries and Query Browser apps leverage the Core Data Services (CDS) Views, which are annotated as consumption view.

You can optimize Plan-to-Produce across production units and optimize financial spend and manufacturing operations.

The production manager can compare between production cost of planning and execution, which covers all effort types plan costs, actual costs, target costs, control costs, and input/output variances.

For more information, Kindly refer to following link, and also can choose different country version.
