PO PDF is blank , shows error - message no .604

Hi MM experts,

when i click PO print preview , getting PO in blank and shows an error

Field 162F1311-3370-0079-01 does not exist in form

messge variable - 162F1311-3370-0079-01

messge class : SSFCCOMPOSER(smart forms : composser message)

Go to transaction SMARTFORMS, open your form and ensure that this field exists.

SAP note 677954 talks about the same error in a standard form and provides the steps to fix it, so it might be helpful to you.

It seems, there is some issue with the Smart form assigned in the Output.
Please take the Help of Abaper, to debug the issue & find out the real missing Field/value.
