Old Asset current year AS91

HI experts,

I Know that there is a lot of post with similar problems but my situtation is that we are going to merge a company into another existing companay.

At the moment of the Assets loading I have loaded all of them with AS91 transaction but I have a problem with 2 of them taht were capitalized in this year (on 01/31/2016).

In general in AS91 for old assets I filled these values:

But for these assets that are capitalized this year I can't as you can see in the image.

I have read that in these case, for this year capitalizated assets I have to use the option 'Transactions' and here I have two doubts.

1.- Have this option the same results in these assets as TakeOver values have in old assets???

2.- How can I know which are the exactly 3 movements I have to select in 'Trasactions' options. I have a lot ot "Adquisition values" but I am looking for some one similar to 'Cum acquis.val' for current year or something like this.

Hi Sara,

1. For acquisitions you have to enter in transactions

2. For depreciation from capitalization to transfer date, enter in ord dep.posted under take over values.
