Navigation to new window not working , of "List Report " not working

I have created a simple managed List Report in RAP .The initial Page is displayed properly /But when i click on the arrow , none of the values are getting  displayed except the header  .It is displaying a blank page .I was expecting the Booking Date Carrier Id , Customer Id to be displayed .

Is there any attribute that I am missing  .I have attached a code of my Metadata Extension

Please check the warning in the Metadata ext . May be those fields have different name  in the view zi_rap_book_bp_2 .
