Mass change in Routing

Hello Experts,

I searched the other blogs, but could not find a solution for -> I need to update work center in Routing via CA02 for a material. But if I want to do so for 500-600 materials what and how can I do it, CEWB got through it, but it accepts Group number, not material number for any of the selection criteria.

Any suggestion if Group number id correct way to proceed with or advise,

Hi John, you can do this in CEWB.

Current Working Area = SAP_Operation

Click the 'Additional Selection Criteria' button

Input materials / plant / work centre and execute.

Select relevant tab - ie if you are changing operation times select 'Processing Times' tab. Select all operations, highlight relevant column and goto Extras --> Mass Change

Tanks for confirming, my doubt is, once we input materials and execute, it shows Group numbers in the next screen not material numbers. Is it ok to perform changes on group numbers, since it may contain 1 or more materials.

Hi John,

You will see next to the Group number that there is the 'Group Counter' number. That will make it relevant to a specific material.

If in doubt, trial in your test system first.
