Mass Change Equipment User Status using Master Data Info. center Fiori tile - Error

Hello Experts,

When trying to mass change the user status of equipment using the "Master Data Information Center" Fiori tile, bellow error message appears. 

"Status is not user status"

The list contained only 5 equipment which are having the initial status of "INIT" and intended to change to next status "INSE". (list does not contain any Functional locations)

Following is the user status profile and it does not contain any dependencies,

Any possible reason for the error message (message itself is not helpful - no error details or ID)

Hi,

This message is like you have not entered the User Status correctly in mass change. Try to go to the dropdown in the mass change and choose the user status you want to update.

Thanks for the reply, Terence. But unfortunately, no. I tried changing by selecting the user status from the dropdown. Even entered the status number and tried but still getting the same error message.

Try to do the changes using IH08 and see if this works
