Linkage of personnel number with BP & Employee vendor account

Is there any way when we create a personnel number of an employee while hiring the BP & the vendor account gets automatically created linked with the personnel number.

I don't want to manually create employee vendor account manually by BP.
can it be automatically created while hiring an employee.

Can anyone help me with the configuration of this..????

Can all three be linked ( BP , Employee Vendor account which is created inside BP , Personnel Number) can all three be linked & Created together
