iPhone connection error (Web)

Dear SAP Users,

I was accessing the byd site (my349266.sapbydesign.com) with an existing iphone (mobile).

However, it has not been connected since 2 days ago. When you enter the link into the address bar, only a white screen appears. No on-screen movement occurs.

(I use safari, chrome.)

It works fine with my Android phone.

It is not known whether it is in the loading state or an error has occurred.

Has anyone had the same error as me or knows how to fix it?

(I mean accessing the web with a mobile phone, not a mobile application.)

Please check if he has the same problems with the SAP Business ByDesign Mobile App. https://apps.apple.com/de/app/sap-business-bydesign-mobile/id1343951881

The app provides an embedded version of the SAP ByD Manager Approvals app.

In addition to that, he can access the application with biometric data (i.e. fingerprint or face id).

If the issue persist please raise an incident.
