Hello,
I am getting this Invalid Commit Work during Commit Work or Rollback Work.( Conversion object Z_Vendor_00G) dump at the very last step of LTMC BP upload.
Please let me know what I am actually missing or what needs to be checked.

The ABAP message is clear: it's non-sense to run commit work inside commit work/rollback work.
If it's standard code, check SAP Notes.
If it's custom code, ask an ABAP developer to review the logic of commit work.
