i am doing 101k while posting GR got an error pir not found in p.org

I am doing 101k while posting GR got an error Purchasing info record was not found in the purchasing organization. but in the p.o, I use a different p.org, not the one show in error

Please help here

A littlebit more detailed information would be more helpful. However, did you check, if the PIR exists for the material and vendor in the purchasing organization specified in the Purchase Order? If yes, did you check if it is valid for the current date?

Hi Madhukumar,

For the plant this particular PO is raised for is assigned to more then one purchase org. and which creates Confusion to the system.

Check whether the plant is assigned to more then 1 org.

Solution: Make one of the Purchase org as standard org in Configuration.
