Is it possible to read the number of hours of an attendance from Infotype 2002 (P2002-STDAZ) into a Calculation Rule (operation HRS) within Time evaluation schema? There is a parameter for HRS for Absence types - HRS=ANUM - is there something similar also for Attendances。
This question has been asked,But I can't solve it.
The PCR are as follows.
NO output number of hours in Y123,Please help me,thanks.
Hello again, you may want to try ACTIO Z129 PR - but without the COLOP * and without the HRS=PNUM.

Hi,
well, it's the consultants job, but you should place this PCR after TIMTP and/or PBRKS, which will set the breaks out of PWS so the TimePair is splittet with a time pair with vtype K. After that, you're able to process the time pairs without vtype K to exclude the breaks from PWS.
Best,
Daniel

Hi,
without knowing TIP table it is hard to help, but please use OUTTPVTYPE to determine the Vtype of the actual time pair und only add hours to Y123 when vtype isn't K. The attendance hours in it2002 are only calculated based on PWS, so it can be different from calculation in time schema, based on your customizing.

The function calling the PCR from ACTIO to RTIP is changed.
PCR:RTIP Z129 GEN ,but the number of hours isn't what I want.
the number of hours in IT2002 is 6 hours.
the PCR z129 as follows
but the hours of Y123 is 8.5 hours. Because there are 2.5 hours of rest time.
Please help me where I was wrong, thank you

Hi,
to use OUTTPPRTYP you need to change the function calling the PCR from ACTIO to PTIP (or RTIP) so all the TIP entries will be calculated.
