How to get a different number range for billing documents based on Distribution Channel field.

Our requirement is to get the two different Official document number ranges for same billing type (F2) on the basis of division or Distribution channel .

Please provide us the approach how we can achieve this requirement.

Distribution Channel field is not part of Billing Document header field so standardly you cannot use a flexible numbering range for DC. However, you can add new fields in billing document header via Extensibility and then use it for flexible numbering range. You can check all the configuration steps here:
