How to Extract the complete log of changes made by a user?

Hi Support,
Is there an App to monitor all the changes made by an user?
We found apps to view, for example, all the changes in customers (Display Changes to Customers)..
Exists an App to see every change?

There is not currently an app or a log with a scope as wide as this. There are some apps which provide a list of the changes for the objects handled in that app but these are not all-encompassing. If you would like this feature to be added in the future please see the following KBA to submit a feature request for S/4HANA Cloud.
